Fluffy White Frosting

1 egg white
3/4 C. sugar
1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/4 C. boiling water

Combine all ingredients and beat on high for 10 minutes. Cover mixer with a towel first. Goes good on both angel food and chocolate cake!
