16 oz. Barilla rotini pasta
2 C. Miracle Whip
14 oz. sweetened condensed milk
1/3 C. vinegar
1/2 tsp. salt
2 carrots, shredded
2 green peppers, chopped
Boil rotini until done but still a little firm, not limp. Drain and rinse in cold water. In a large bowl, whisk together Miracle Whip, milk and vinegar; add remaining ingredients and refrigerate.
